People today are also facing pressures never seen before.  We try to conform to what we believe are the expectations of our peers and society in general, and often this results in our spending to excess, drinking to excess, shopping to excess, gambling to excess, trying to ‘stay young’ to excess … the list goes on.  We are seeing evidence today that as a result of these pressures, our health is starting to decline and we are gradually creating a very sick society. 

The purpose of the DVD is to provide a toolkit for handling the pressures of 21st century living.  It encourages us to review our current lifestyle and emphasises the importance of taking personal responsibility for how we manage our day to day stresses.
